Yes, all fruits can be frozen technically. Small whole fruits like cherries and berries must be frozen immediately after harvest. On the other hand, fruits like apples, plums and peaches need to ripe first before they are being frozen. Citrus fruits can be preserved for six months, while other fruits, if frozen below 0 degrees F may maintain their quality up to one year.
