Making artichoke chips is easier than you think. Follow these steps and you will have crispy crunchy chips in no time.
· Peel the outer leaves.
· Slice the artichoke into thin slices using a slicer.
· Coat the slices with flour.
· Deep fry them in hot oil in a heavy bottom pan.
· Remove them and drain the oil.
· Add your favourite spices and you are done.
