There is absolutely no real evidence that can prove that drinking tea during pregnancy can affect the complexion of the baby. However, it is often said that tea naturally contains high contents of caffeine. Caffeine is scientifically known for constricting the blood vessels and restricting the blood supply to the fetus. Therefore, one should not drink tea during pregnancy unless it is decaf.
