While cooking Rump Roast three things must be remembered so that it does not dry up-
1. Knowing when our piece of meat should be tied.
2. Braising a piece of meat before cooking as it locks in moisture and flavour.
3. The longer meat cooks the more tender it is, this also gives all the ingredients a chance to combine.
