When fish is fried, it leaves a strong taste in the oil and it is generally not recommended to reuse this oil. However, this oil can be reused after filtering it. Filter the fish fried oil through a funnel with a paper napkin placed, so that any sediment in the oil is caught in the napkin. Fry some chips in the strained oil and then store it separately without mixing with fresh oil. This way the strained fish fried oil can be reused.
