Lagana is a traditional Greek bread made specially during the lenten season. You can make it the following way:
· Make a smooth dough by mixing flour, yeast, sugar, oil, and warm water.
· Cover and keep it aside for a couple of hours to let it rise.
· Once done, knead it again and shape into two loaves.
· Brush with vegetable oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
· Bake until done.
