The various technological advancements have helped the Italian cuisine to spread all over the world. Now, different Italian dishes can be eaten anywhere. These changes have caused changes to the manner of preparation of food too. Most of the ingredients like dried pastas, herbs and spices, and other condiments are now available readymade, making the job of a cook easy. Even the kitchen appliances have seen developed. Appliances like pressure cooker, oven, microwave, slicers, dicers, choppers, espresso machines etc have made work less stressful and less time consuming.
