Frozen yogurt is similar to ice cream but is considered healthier than ice cream because ir has low fat content. Frozen yoghurt has a couple of strains of bacteria, milk, flavouring spices and sugar. It may also contain fruits, colouring agents and gelatine. The ingredients are mixed and heated for a minute under regulated temperature. Once it has cooled down, the bacteria cultures are added. Cooling it again for some hours, flavouring is added and the mixture is whisked until it becomes fluffy. The yoghurt is frozen and then packaged and shipped in containers at low temperatures.
