Frozen lobster claws are easy and simple to be cooked. They must be thawed before being cooked. This must be done with care as any mistake might result in the claws turning bad. They may be thawed in a refrigerator, microwave or cold water. The best way to thaw it is by wrapping the claws in polythene sheets and placing it in a colander and inturn the colander in a pan of cold water. The lobster may be left for 20 minutes or more until the temperature of the lobster drops down to room temperature or slightly below.
