The best way to cook whiting fish is to coat the fish with batter and fry in hot oil. Though very delicious, this fish tends to turn mushy within no time. Hence, it needs to be cooked very fast. In order to fry whiting fish, dry batter and eggs are kept in separate bowls. Prepare the dry batter with flour, black pepper, red pepper, salt and garlic powder. Mix well. In the second bowl, beat eggs with salt, garlic powder, black and red pepper. The fish pieces are coated four times alternating first from flour and then to eggs. Once coated well, they are deep fried and served hot.
