To make a relish or spread, broil the peppers after smearing some olive oil. Mince or finely chop them after doing this. Then, heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the onions until soft. Now add the garlic and saute until raw smell goes. Then add the roasted peppers along with the seasoning of your choice. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until done.
