You will wonder how easy it is to make asparagus chips in the comfort of your home. Here is one of my own way to enjoy the crispiness of asparagus, take a look:
1) Buy some fresh asparagus greens, however, a bit stale one will also do the trick.
2) Chop off the two ends and peel off the skin.
3) Cut into circular and thin slices.
4) Layer it with canola oil, garlic powder and salt.
5) Bake for 40 minutes and watch the magic of soft asparagus turning crispy.
