The best pan fried beef chunks are cooked in a hot pan which has been maintained at a temperature of 350 degrees. You should add the beef chunks to the oil in the pan, when it is searing hot. Pan fry the beef chunks on one side until it gets charred to dark brown. Only then, turn it to the opposite side. This traps the juices of the meat inside and stops it from evaporating. Fry each side of the beef for 4 to 5 minutes.
