Is raw Prussian asparagus better than cooked Prussian asparagus?

People prefer the cooked version, taste wise. However, it can be consumed raw too. Prussian asparagus is otherwise called as wild asparagus or bath asparagus. It is, however, not related to asparagus. Its flower shoots are consumed as a vegetable. It is better to lightly cook this or consume it raw because it is:

·     a very tender vegetable, so cooking this lightly is enough to obtain its nutrients. Steaming and boiling are considered the best cooking methods.

·     Contains lots of vitamins and minerals, all of which is leached when frying.
