I was able to determine the answer by looking at a couple different areas. I found one here where it gave the answer of 1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro equals 1 tsp. Dried Cilantro and 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro equals 2 Tbsp. Dried Cilantro. In that answer, there was a link to a recipe for Cilantro Pesto which I went to and found my answer. The answer to this question is for 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro Sprigs (which chopped up is 3 cups) equals 1/2 cup Dried Cilantro. You take the number of times of 2 Tbsp. you would use and come up with 8 Tbsp. which comes up with 1/2 cup Dried Cilantro for the recipe. I hope this helps everyone who uses Dried Cilantro in their recipes because I hardly ever use Fresh Ingredients due to the fact that I have all the Dried Ingredients that I can use all the time. I might try some of the Fresh Ingredients one of these days but I have a son who is very picky about what he eats and that is the other reason I use Dried Ingredients instead of Fresh Ingredients. I just might switch on him one time and see if he can tell the difference or not.
