If you wishing to dish out some low carb side snacks to your family this new year, think of making some simple and delicious rutabagas chips. For your convenience, I have listed down one of scuh recipes from my own homemade snack collection:
1) Get some fresh rutabagas from farmer's market.
2) Wash and slice away the outer skin.
3) By using a kitchen slicer, slice out thin and large dices out of the peeled section.
4) Toss it with some salt and Mediterranean spices and bake at 450 F for 10 minutes.
Rutabagas chips are ready to serve.
