Prosciutto Di Parma is an Italian delicacy. It means ham in Italian. It is loved across the Mediterranean as well as in the US. Parma and a few other Italian cities like Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and San Daniele locally raise the pigs and only feed them Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese to make this variety of ham. Prosciutto Di Parma means ham ‘dried of liquid’.
